Memetia Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Firebase-free closed test build of the Memetia Android app (package com.memetia.app). Memetia helps you track household products, stock, usage estimates and shopping lists. This policy will be updated before new features or online services are released.

Controller and contact

The data controller is Mehmet Demirörs. Memetia Labs is a brand name, not a separate company. For privacy or personal-data requests, contact memetialabs@gmail.com.

Information kept on your device

The app stores adult and child counts, product names, categories, optional brands, package amounts and units, open and reserve stock, usage dates, estimates, shopping items and places, and app preferences in app-specific storage on your device. This information powers product tracking, estimates, shopping and local reminders. This build has no account or Memetia cloud sync; this content is not sent to a Memetia server.

The app configuration excludes Memetia data from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Archiving a product does not erase its history. Clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app removes local records from the device.

Automatic analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are not included in this closed test package. Memetia does not automatically send usage events or crash reports to Memetia Labs or Firebase. Any future addition of these services will require a review of this policy, the app and related disclosures before release.

When you visit our web pages

The document pages at memetialabs.com are served through Cloudflare. When you open a page, Cloudflare may process your IP address, the requested URL, visit time and technical browser request information to deliver and secure the page; its infrastructure may be outside Türkiye. This web visit does not send the home, product or shopping records on your device to Cloudflare. We do not add advertising or optional visitor analytics to these pages. Cloudflare's service retention and security practices also apply.

Feedback you choose to send

Closed test feedback starts only when you choose to create it. Before sharing, you can review the category, your note, last screen, app and Android versions, device model, theme and time. You may also choose to attach a screenshot. You control the selected app and final send action in Android's share sheet. That app may process data under its own terms; an email also exposes the sender address and message headers to the support mailbox.

A product-image request likewise opens an email app with the product name and message only if you choose it; nothing is sent automatically. Submitted information is used to answer requests, investigate defects and improve the closed test. Avoid adding another person's information to free text or screenshots.

Notifications and permissions

The app may request notification permission for local product, stock and shopping reminders, and uses device restart events to reschedule them. Notifications can display product names, including on the lock screen; you can control their visibility in Android settings. This build does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location permission.

Retention, deletion and security

Local records remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Closed test feedback and image requests delivered to the support mailbox are deleted within 12 months after the request or test issue closes, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention and the record is reviewed separately. A request is considered closed if no further action is needed for 30 days after our last reply; messages needing no reply close 30 days after receipt. The app keeps local data in Android's app-specific storage and disallows cleartext network traffic. The security and retention terms of your chosen share or email service also apply. No electronic system can promise absolute security.

Children and your rights

Memetia is not designed for children and does not create child accounts. You may enter a child count in the home profile; names, birth dates and contact details are not requested. Contact memetialabs@gmail.com about access, correction or deletion. The separate Turkish KVKK notice explains statutory rights in more detail.

Changes

This policy and its in-app copy will be reviewed before a new module, data type, permission, SDK, account, payment feature or country rollout. Previous versions are retained with a change record.
